As well as working in private practice, I also work with charity organisations providing online counselling, and creative therapy.

I have counselled clients from a wide range of ages, ethnicities and cultures. In particular I have experience of counselling clients through issues such as: childhood trauma, anger management, domestic abuse, abuse, self-harm, relationship issues, self-esteem, phobias, loss and change, depression, negative thoughts, anxiety/panic disorder, stress, bereavement, PTSD/trauma, eating disorders, sexual orientation, suicidal thoughts and health issues.


I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work within their ethical framework for good practice.

I attend regular supervision sessions to help develop and focus my practice and ensure that I am working effectively.
